Notice of conclusion of expiry review investigation: Hot-rolled carbon steel plate (PLA5 2024 ER)

On March 6, 2025, the CBSA concluded Expiry Review No. RR-2018-007, concerning the dumping of hot-rolled carbon steel plate originating in or exported from Bulgaria, Czech Republic and Romania.

It was found that the expiry of the order is unlikely to result in the dumping of such goods from Bulgaria, Czech Republic and Romania, therefore, anti-dumping duties will not be applicable on importations of these goods as of the date that the order will be rescinded. The CBSA will issue a Statement of Reasons within 15 days.
