Notice of conclusion—Subsidy review: Stainless steel sinks (SSS 2025 UP1)

The Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) has concluded an administrative review concerning the amounts of subsidy of certain stainless steel sinks (sinks) originating in or exported from China.

Because the Government of China did not respond to the government subsidy Request for Information (RFI), sent at the beginning of the investigation, countervailing duties may be assessed at the rate of 264.94 CNY per unit in accordance with a ministerial specification pursuant to subsection 30.4(2) of SIMA. For information please see the CBSA’s Measures in force.

The CBSA will continue its review related to normal values and export prices for the four exporters that responded to the dumping RFI.
