Notice on Consumer Price Index Adjustments to CBSA Commercial and Trade Fees

Please find the attached notice regarding the annual adjustment of service fees for the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) Commercial and Trade programs.

In accordance with the Service Fees Act (SFA), the CBSA is required to adjust specific fees annually to account for inflation. The adjusted rates will take effect as of April 1,2026.

We encourage you to review these documents and Customs Notice 26-04: Changes to Certain Fees to Reflect Inflation and Taxes to ensure your operations are aligned with the upcoming rate changes.

Veuillez trouver ci-joint l'avis concernant l'ajustement annuel des frais de service pour les programmes commerciaux et d'échange de l'Agence des services frontaliers du Canada (ASFC).

Conformément à la Loi sur les frais de service (LFS), l'ASFC est tenue d'ajuster certains frais chaque année afin de tenir compte de l'inflation. Les taux ajustés entreront en vigueur le 1er avril, 2026.

Nous vous encourageons à consulter ces documents et l’Avis des douanes 26-04 : Révision de certains frais afin de refléter l'inflation et les taxes afin de vous assurer que vos activités sont conformes aux changements de taux à venir.
