Notice of extension of re-investigation: Copper pipe fittings

The Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) has extended the re-investigation to update the normal values and export prices of certain copper pipe fittings from the United States, South Korea and China and the amounts of subsidy of certain copper pipe fittings from China.

The re-investigation has been extended by 28 days due to the complexity and novelty of the issues presented by the re-investigation. The re-investigation will now conclude by August 17, 2023.

Avis de prorogation du réexamen : Raccords de tuyauterie en cuivre

L’Agence des services frontaliers du Canada (ASFC) a prorogé le réexamen de l’enquête (réexamen), des valeurs normales et des prix à l’exportation de certains raccords de tuyauterie en cuivre originaires ou exportés des États-Unis, de la Corée du Sud et de la Chine et des montants de subvention concernant certains raccords de tuyauterie en cuivre originaires ou exportés de la Chine.

Le réexamen a été prorogé de 28 jours, compte tenu de la complexité et du caractère inédit des points soulevés par le réexamen. Conséquemment, le réexamen prendra fin d’ici le 17 août 2023.
