Notice of final determination: Oil and Gas Well Casing 6 (OCTG6 2026 IN

On August 4, 2026, pursuant to paragraph 41(1)(b) of the Special Import Measures Act (SIMA), the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) made a final determination of dumping concerning oil and gas well casing from Austria.

The Canadian International Trade Tribunal (CITT) will continue its inquiry into the question of injury to the Canadian industry and will issue its decision by September 1, 2026.
