Notice of final determination: Thermal Paper Rolls (TPR 2025 IN)

On December 9, 2025, pursuant to paragraph 41(1)(a) of the Special Import Measures Act (SIMA), the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) made final determinations of dumping and subsidy with respect to thermal paper rolls originating in or exported from the People’s Republic of China (China).

The subject goods are usually imported under the following tariff classification number:

4811.90.00.90

This tariff classification number may include non-subject goods, and subject goods may also fall under additional tariff classification numbers. Refer to the product definition, for authoritative details regarding the subject goods.
