Notice to industry – Extension to compliance promotion period for bulk fertilizers

In recognition of ongoing dialogue with the bulk fertilizer sector, the CFIA has further extended the compliance promotion period for bulk fertilizers until July 31, 2026. This extension allows additional time for discussion with industry on developing a path to compliant labelling (e.g. bilingual labels). Read the industry notice here.

En reconnaissance du dialogue continu avec le secteur des engrais en vrac, l’ACIA a prolongé la période de promotion de la conformité pour les engrais en vrac jusqu’au 31 juillet 2026. Cette prolongation permet de disposer de plus de temps pour discuter avec l’industrie de l’élaboration d’une voie vers un étiquetage conforme (p. ex. étiquettes bilingues).
