Notice of initiation of administrative review: Carbon Steel Fasteners (FAS 2025 UP1)

On March 6, 2025, the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) initiated a review to determine normal values, export prices and amounts of subsidy applicable to certain carbon steel fasteners (fasteners) originating in or exported from the People’s Republic of China (China) by Robertson (Jiaxing) Inc.

Responses to the importer Requests For Information are due by March 27, 2025.

If the exporter participates in CBSA’s Requests For Information, responses are due by by April 14, 2025
