Notice of initiation of administrative review: Carbon steel welded pipe 3 (CSWP3 2025 UP1)

The Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) has today initiated an administrative review (review) to determine normal values and export prices applicable to certain carbon steel welded pipe originating in or exported from the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, the Republic of the Philippines, the Republic of Türkiye (excluding those goods exported by Erbosan Erciyas Boru Sanayii ve Ticaret A.S.) and the Socialist Republic of Vietnam.

The review is part of the CBSA’s enforcement of the Canadian International Trade Tribunal’s (CITT) finding issued on February 15, 2019, respecting the dumping of certain carbon steel welded pipe originating in or exported from Pakistan, the Philippines, Türkiye, and Vietnam, in accordance with the Special Import Measures Act (SIMA).
