Notice of initiation of administrative review: Concrete reinforcing bar 2 (RB2 2026 UP1)

The Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) has initiated an administrative review (review) to update normal values and export prices of certain concrete reinforcing bar (rebar) originating in or exported from the Portugese Republic by Metalurgica Galaica, S.A. (Megasa).

The product definition and the applicable tariff classification numbers of the goods subject to the CITT’s order can be found on the CBSA’s Concrete reinforcing bar 2: Measures in force.
