The CBSA will make a determination no later than April 30, 2026, and will issue a Statement of Reasons by May 15, 2026.
The CBSA acknowledges the ongoing unjustified war in Ukraine and recognizes the difficult circumstances faced by Ukrainian stakeholders. While the SIMA does not allow for discretion in the timing of expiry reviews, the CBSA will make every effort to provide extended timelines for responses to requests for information, within the limits of legislated deadlines.
Responses to all questionnaires are due by January 8, 2026, and must be filed through the CBSA's ACE web application.
