Notice of ministerial specification updates: Aluminum Extrusions and Steel Piling Pipe

Today, August 1, 2024, the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) updated the Ministerial Specifications for the dumping and subsidizing of aluminum extrusions and the dumping of steel piling pipe from the People’s Republic of China.

The product definition and the applicable tariff classification numbers of the goods can be found on the CBSA’s measures in force page for aluminum extrusions and steel piling pipe.

Avis de mise à jour de prescriptions ministérielles : Extrusions d’aluminium et Tubes en acier pour pilotis

Aujourd’hui, le 1er août 2024, l’Agence des services frontaliers du Canada (ASFC) a mis à jour les prescriptions ministérielles relatives au dumping et au subventionnement des extrusions d’aluminium et au dumping des tubes en acier pour pilotis de la République populaire de Chine.

La définition des produits et les numéros de classement tarifaire applicables des marchandises se trouvent sur la page des mesures en vigueur de l’ASFC pour les extrusions d’aluminium et les tubes en acier pour pilotis.

Veuillez communiquer avec le Centre de dépôt et de communication des documents de la LMSI par courriel pour obtenir les versions à jour des prescriptions ministérielles.
