Notice of termination: Corrosion-Resistant Steel Sheet 3 (COR3 2024 IN)

On July 16, 2025, the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) terminated the dumping investigation in respect of corrosion-resistant steel sheet from the Republic of Türkiye (Türkiye) by Borçelik Çelik Sanayi Ticaret A.Ş (Borçelik), as the goods were not dumped.

The subject goods are usually imported under the following tariff classification numbers:

Provisional duties that have been collected since the preliminary determination will be refunded to the importers and will no longer continue to be imposed.
