Notice of updated schedule: Unitized Wall Modules (UWM 2024 ER)

The Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) has today revised the import and compliance statistics - day 50 (exhibit 030) for the expiry review of certain unitized wall modules originating in or exported from China.

Interested parties will now have until noon ET on August 13, 2024 to file case briefs and until noon ET on August 20, 2024 to file reply submissions with respect to the revised data only.

L’Agence des services frontaliers du Canada (ASFC) a aujourd’hui mise à jour les statistiques d'importation et de conformité de l'ASFC - jour 50 (pièce 030) dans le cadre du réexamen relatif à l’expiration de certains modules muraux unitisés originaires ou exportés de la Chine.

Les parties intéressées auront maintenant jusqu’au 13 août 2024 à midi HE pour déposer des mémoires et jusqu’au 20 août 2024 à midi HE pour déposer des contre-exposés, et ce, uniquement en ce qui concerne les données révisées.
