Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Finance and the Minister of Foreign Affairs, makes the annexed Order Amending the Order Imposing a Surtax on the Importation of Certain Steel Goods under paragraph 53(2)(d) of the Customs Tariff.
