Petition Filed Requesting the Imposition of AD/CVD Duties on Imports of Fresh Mushrooms from Canada

On September 16, 2025, the Fresh Mushrooms Fair Trade Coalition filed a petition for the imposition of antidumping and countervailing duties on the imports of Fresh Mushrooms from Canada, tariff classification of 0709.51.0100. The petition alleges dumping margins of 32.14% and 44.73%.

The Department of Commerce and International Trade Commission will consider this petition and quickly launch investigations to determine dumping margins/net subsidy rates and potential injury to the U.S. domestic industry, respectively. Preliminary determinations are expected in the coming months.
