Practice Notice on the use of artificial intelligence (AI)

The Canadian International Trade Tribunal has published its Practice Notice on the use of artificial intelligence (AI). The Practice Notice provides guidance to participants regarding the appropriate use of AI in proceedings before the Tribunal.
