Registration for the export of Canadian origin plant-derived fertilizer to China

As of March 30, 2026 the General Administration of Customs of the People’s Republic of China (GACC) has implemented revised registration requirements for the export of Canadian origin plant-derived fertilizers to China.

Those who produce, process or store plant-derived fertilizer that will be exported to China are required by GACC to register with the Canadian Food Inspection Agency (CFIA) and GACC.

Enregistrement pour l’exportation d’engrais canadien d’origine végétale vers la Chine

 

Depuis le 30 mars 2026, l’Administration générale des douanes de la République populaire de Chine (GACC) a mis en œuvre des exigences d’enregistrement révisées pour l'exportation d’engrais d'origine végétale canadiens vers la Chine.

Les entreprises qui produisent, transforment ou stockent des engrais d’origine végétale destinés à l’exportation vers la Chine sont tenues, par le GACC de s’enregistrer auprès de l’Agence canadienne d’inspection des aliments (ACIA) et du GACC.
