Reminder: GTA CBSA Ports 495/497 contact information update

Members, you've been telling the CSCB that you're unable to call the GTA CBSA offices at ports 495/497, that their phone numbers are no longer operational.

We reached out to the CBSA for alternative contact methods and they have advised:

Moving forward the best way to get service will be to contact our Management of Information (MOI) unit and if they are unable to resolve the issue(s) they can forward your information on to an on-duty Manager who will reach out to you and assist you further.

Hours: Monday – Friday 7am – 10pm with some weekend coverage.  

Our Management of Information (MOI) team fields calls from the public, tracks, updates and co-ordinates any and all cargo/shipments we need to examine or refer to an Other Government Department (OGD) i.e.: Health Canada.  The MOI team is located at 2720 Britannia Rd.
