Revised export certificate-Brazil-porcine blood meals for animal consumption

The Canadian Food Inspection Agency (CFIA) has negotiated a revised certificate for the export of porcine spray-dried blood intended for animal consumption to Brazil (HA2330).

The certificate is, or will shortly be, available through your local CFIA office and can be used immediately.

Manufacturing establishments handling materials of ruminant origin may now export porcine spray-dried blood products to Brazil, provided they have a dedicated production line for porcine products or can demonstrate, through molecular testing, the absence of material of ruminant origin in the product intended for export.

Certificat d’exportation révisé-Brésil-Farine de sang porcin pour consommation animale

L’Agence canadienne d’inspection des aliments (ACIA) a négocié un certificat révisé pour l’exportation de sang porcin séché par atomisation destiné pour la consommation animale vers le Brésil (HA2330).

Le certificat est, ou sera bientôt, disponible auprès de votre bureau local de l'ACIA et peut être utilisé immédiatement.

Les établissements de fabrication manipulant des matières provenant de ruminants peuvent désormais exporter vers le Brésil des produits sanguins porcins séchés par atomisation, à condition de disposer d’une ligne de production dédiée aux produits d’origine porcine ou de démontrer, au moyen d’analyses moléculaires, l’absence de matières provenant de ruminants dans le produit destiné à l’exportation.
