While the physical location of the Recourse Directorate has not changed, the mailing address for submitting paper SIMA/Trade appeals has. D14-1-3 serves as the prescription instrument for requests for re-determination under SIMA and was updated to reflect the new address:

Requests filed pursuant to subsection 58(1.1) of SIMA for a re-determination by the President of the CBSA, as well as notices of appeals made under section 61 of SIMA, must be addressed to the Director of Trade Appeals and Litigation, Recourse Directorate, and may be sent to:
