Customs Notice 25-05: China Surtax Remission Order provides details on how to apply for the relief of surtaxes paid or payable under the China Surtax Order (2024), in certain conditions. Goods listed in Schedule 1&2 are noted in China Surtax Remission Order (2025), SOR-2025-12 which are expected to be published on February 12, 2025, in the Gazette Part II, found here: https://gazette.gc.ca/rp-pr/publications-eng.html
