A widespread power outage has affected parts of Spain and Portugal.

Motorists are being warned to stay off roads because traffic lights and streetlights were out across the city.
Travelers advised the operation of airports is temporarily very limited and ticket-holders should not travel to airports until further notice.
Renfe, the Spanish railways operator, said that the country's rail network had halted.
