Statement of reasons—Expiry review determination: Hot-rolled carbon steel plate 5 (PLA5 2024 ER)

On March 6, 2025 the Canada Border Services Agency determined that the expiry of the order made by the Canadian International Trade Tribunal in the 2019 Expiry Review No. RR-2018-007, is unlikely to result in the dumping of certain hot-rolled carbon steel plate from Bulgaria, the Czech Republic and Romania.
