Statement of reasons—Final determinations: Polyethylene Terephthalate Resin 2 (PETR2 2025 IN)

On September 15, 2025, the Canada Border Services Agency made final determinations respecting the dumping of polyethylene terephthalate resin originating in or exported from the People’s Republic of China and the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, and the subsidizing of polyethylene terephthalate resin originating in or exported from the People’s Republic of China.
