Concerning the final determinations with respect to the dumping and subsidizing of certain steel utility wind towers and sections originating in or exported from the People’s Republic of China.

Decision

Pursuant to subsection 41(1)(b) of the Special Import Measures Act, the Canada Border Services Agency made final determinations on October 18, 2023 respecting the dumping and subsidizing of certain steel utility wind towers and sections originating in or exported from China.

Décision

Le 18 octobre 2023, conformément à l’alinéa 41(1)b) de la Loi sur les mesures spéciales d’importation, l’Agence des services frontaliers du Canada a rendu des décisions définitives de dumping et de subventionnement concernant certains mâts d’éoliennes commerciales en acier et leurs tronçons originaires ou exportés de la Chine.
