Concerning the preliminary determination with respect to the dumping of wheat gluten originating in or exported from Italy, Poland, and the United Kingdom.

Pursuant to subsection 38(1) of the Special Import Measures Act, the Canada Border Services Agency made a preliminary determination on September 17, 2026 respecting the dumping of wheat gluten originating in or exported from Italy, Poland, and the United Kingdom.
