Statement of reasons—Preliminary determinations: Steel Strapping (SS 2025 IN)

On September 16, 2025, the Canada Border Services Agency made preliminary determinations respecting the dumping of steel strapping originating in or exported from the People’s Republic of China, the Republic of Korea, the Republic of Türkiye, and the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, and the subsidizing of steel strapping originating in or exported from the People’s Republic of China.
