TCC22-043 Victoria Day Holiday / TCC22-043 Congé de la fête de la Reine

The Technical Commercial Client Unit (TCCU) office will be closed on Monday, May 23, 2022 for the Victoria Day holiday. TCCU production support will be operating on an “after hours” schedule during this time.

CADEX reports will run on the evening of Friday, May 20, 2022 and Tuesday, May 24, 2022. The rates of exchange appearing on the report generated on Friday evening, May 20, 2022 which will be in effect until Tuesday, May 24, 2022 evening.

For urgent client service outside business hours and on statutory holidays, please contact the TCCU hotline at 1-888-957-7224 and your enquiry will be answered by a TCCU officer. Also, please refer to the following CBSA website link that offers guidelines for clients using the TCCU’s after-hours/weekend/holiday pager service: https://www.cbsa-asfc.gc.ca/eservices/services-eng.html.
 


L’Unité des services techniques aux clients commerciaux (USTCC) sera fermée lundi le 23 mai 2022. Par contre, pendant ce congé, l’assistance à la clientèle externe en production de l’USTCC sera disponible selon l’horaire d’après les heures ouvrables.

Les rapports SAED seront produits pendant les soirées du vendredi 20 mai 2022 et du mardi 24 mai 2022. Les taux de change figurant au rapport généré vendredi soir le 20 mai 2022 seront en vigueur jusqu’au mardi 24 mai 2022 fin de journée.

De plus, veuillez consulter le lien internet suivant: https://www.cbsa-asfc.gc.ca/eservices/services-fra.html qui explique la marche à suivre pour les clients qui utilisent le service à la clientèle de l’USTCC offert après les heures ouvrables
