TCC24-0069 – Labour Day Holiday

The Technical Commercial Client Unit (TCCU) office will be closed on September 2, 2024 ,  however, the TCCU production support will be operating on an “after hours” schedule during this time.

 The exchange rates from Saturday, August 31, 2024 to Tuesday, September 3, 2024 (inclusive) will remain unchanged. Monday, September 2, 2024 will not be counted in the calculation of overdue B3 entries.

 For urgent client service outside business hours and statutory holidays, please contact the TCCU hotline at 1-888-957-7224 and your enquiry will be answered by a TCCU officer. Also, please refer to the following CBSA website link that offers guidelines for clients using the TCCU’s after-hours/weekend/holiday pager service: https://www.cbsa-asfc.gc.ca/eservices/services-eng.html.


TCC24-0069 –  Congé de la fête du travail

Le bureau de l’Unité des services techniques aux clients commerciaux (USTCC) sera fermé le 2 septembre 2024. Par contre, pendant ce congé, l’assistance à la clientèle externe en production de l’USTCC sera disponible selon l’horaire d’après les heures ouvrables.

 Les taux de change de samedi le 31 août  2024 à mardi le 3 septembre 2024 (inclusivement) demeurent inchangés. Lundi le 2 septembre 2024 sera exclu du calcul relativement aux déclarations tardives.

 L’USTCC offre de l’assistance après les heures ouvrables et les congés fériés pour toute situation urgente qui requiert une assistance immédiate soit urgente. Veuillez contacter la ligne ouverte au 1-888-957-7224, suivre les indications et un officier de l’USTCC retournera votre appel. De plus, veuillez consulter le lien internet suivant: https://www.cbsa-asfc.gc.ca/eservices/services-fra.html qui explique la marche à suivre pour les clients qui utilisent le service à la clientèle de l’USTCC offert après les heures ouvrables.
