Description

The increase of CAD submissions limit to 1000 lines was implemented on Saturday, December 7, 2024.

The issue was temporarily resolved by increasing CAD submission limits to 250 lines as of yesterday, Thursday, November 7, 2024. A permanent solution to increase the CAD submission limit to 1000 lines is currently underway.


Please note that CBSA will provide an update to this bulletin only when the increase of CAD submissions limit to 1000 lines is implemented.

Clients are able to submit CADs, however there is still issues with editing CAD submissions over 100 lines. 

The CBSA is actively working to resolve this issue; however, we do not have an estimated time for its resolution. Further updates will be provided as more information becomes available. We regret the inconvenience and thank you for your continued cooperation.
