TCC25-0057 CERS, eManifest and CARM Client Portals Intermittent Access Problem

The CBSA is currently experiencing intermittent access problems with the Canadian Export Reporting System (CERS), eManifest and CARM Client Portals (CCP).

 The CBSA is actively working to resolve this issue, but we currently do not have an estimated time for its resolution.  Further updates to this bulletin will be provided when additional information is available. We regret the inconvenience and thank you for your continued cooperation.

Veuillez noter que l'ASFC éprouve des problèmes d'accès intermittents avec le Système canadien de déclaration des exportations (SCDE), le portail du Manifeste électronique et le Portail de la GCRA.

 L'ASFC travaille activement à résoudre ce problème, mais nous n'avons actuellement pas de délai estimé pour sa résolution.  Des mises à jour seront fournies dès que des informations supplémentaires seront disponibles.  Nous regrettons les inconvénients et vous remercions de votre coopération continue.
