The problem reported below has now been resolved.
Clients using the Canadian Export Reporting System (CERS) may be experiencing difficulties submitting their Export Declaration. Clients may receive the error message: “Your document cannot be accepted at the moment. Please try again later or contact support.”
We are working to resolve this problem and currently do not have an estimated time of resolution. We will update this message as soon as more information is available. We regret the inconvenience and thank you for your cooperation.
