Members, the CSCB understands that EDI/Portal maintenance this week is not ideal due to US Thanksgiving / Black Friday increased volumes. We have advocated on behalf of members to have the maintenance window moved so it’s less impactful.
Since we made the request this morning the CBSA has advised: They are looking into it --- more to come.
UPDATE: Unfortunately the CBSA has advised that this week's Scheduled Maintenance Unavailability is unavoidable.
The CBSA said: Our IT colleagues reviewed the request and, unfortunately, cannot postpone this. This work is necessary to avoid greater risk during the actual US Thanksgiving/Black Friday period.
