Description
CBSA will be conducting system maintenance on Thursday, July 16, 2026, from 04:00 (ET) to 05:00 (ET). There are no planned outages expected, services should remain available. However, in the event of an interruption, please refer to the CBSA System Outage Contingency Plan.
Action Required
All CBSA Commercial Clients: Please follow System Outage Contingency Plan (SOCP) procedures during the system maintenance period. We will continue to facilitate the movement of goods in accordance with the contingency procedures. If you have already transmitted your EDI document, please note there is no need to resubmit. Resubmitting documents adds to the volume of messages and may result in additional processing delays. Highway Carriers: Please ensure all drivers proceeding to the border are provided with two copies of the paperwork required to present at arrival. The CBSA will accept paper documentation during a maintenance and for two hours following after the maintenance is completed. No monetary penalties will be issued to clients for failure to transmit required data during this period.

L'ASFC effectuera une maintenance prévue de son système jeudi le 16 juillet 2026 de 04 h 00 (HE) à 05 h 00 (HE). Aucune interruption de service n'est prévue et les services devraient demeurer accessible. Toutefois, advenant une interruption, veuillez-vous référer au Plan d'urgence en cas de pannes de système : Systèmes commerciaux de l'ASFC.
Action requise
Tous les clients commerciaux de l’ASFC : Veuillez suivre le Plan d'urgence en cas de pannes de système (PUPS) pendant la période d’entretien des systèmes. Nous continuerons de faciliter le mouvement des marchandises conformément aux procédures d’urgence. Si vous avez déjà transmis votre document EDI, veuillez noter qu'il n'est pas nécessaire de le soumettre de nouveau. La retransmission de documents augmente le volume de messages et peut entraîner des retards de traitement supplémentaires. Transporteurs routiers : Veuillez vous assurer que tous les conducteurs se dirigeant vers la frontière reçoivent deux copies des documents requis à présenter à leur arrivée. L’ASFC acceptera les documents papier pendant l’entretien, ainsi que durant les deux heures suivant la fin de l’entretien. Aucune pénalité monétaire ne sera imposée aux clients pour défaut de transmission des données requises durant cette période.
