Action Required

All CBSA Commercial Clients:
Please follow System Outage Contingency Plan (SOCP) procedures until the system is available, and be prepared to resume transmission once the delayed documents have been processed.

We will continue to facilitate the movement of goods in accordance with the contingency procedures.

Highway Carriers:
Please ensure all drivers proceeding to the border are provided with two copies of the paperwork required to present at arrival.
