Description
Please note that due to the planned CRA system maintenance, the business registration and program enrolment functions of CARM will be unavailable from: Tuesday, October 6, 2026 from 03:00 (ET) until 06:00 (ET) Creation of CARM Client Portal accounts, new business number registration and new program enrolments will not be available during this time.
Action Required
Please follow System Outage Contingency Plan (SOCP) procedures during the system maintenance period. We will continue to facilitate the movement of goods in accordance with the contingency procedures.
