Tell us how you feel about your job – and your prospects!

We'd really appreciate your help.

You may have completed a HR survey for us a few months back. If you did, thanks very much.

While we received a lot of useful data from that survey, some problems “got in the way” and did not allow us to gather the full range of data that we need to meet our objective. Therefore we are re-opening the survey.

Tell us about your job, and how you are feeling about the industry in general. The world of customs, trade and border management is more complex than ever – is this the career for you? What are your expectations of your work environment and are those expectations being met?

Due to the sensitive nature of some of the questions, this survey is completely anonymous which means all features that allow to track an email or IP address have been turned off. Results, which will be viewed in aggregate only, will help employers in the customs and trade industry know what it is that YOU NEED in the workplace. And after analysis of what you tell us, we will be gathering additional feedback from employers.

The survey will take approximately 10 minutes to complete and is due on June 30, 2019. Once you have completed the survey, you will be taken to a form on our website – complete this to have your name placed in the draw for the following prizes:

  • Beats Headphones
  • Samsung Galaxy Tablet
  • A $250 Best Buy gift card

And please accept our sincere thanks to you for participating.

Your voice matters! Please take a few minutes and be heard (again!).
