Tribunal Continues Finding—Corrosion-resistant Steel Sheet from Türkiye and Vietnam

Further to the Canadian International Trade Tribunal’s expiry review (RR-2025-004), the Tribunal continued its finding made on November 16, 2020, in inquiry NQ-2019-002, concerning the dumping of corrosion-resistant steel sheet from Türkiye and Vietnam and subsidizing from Türkiye.

The Tribunal found that the expiry of the finding was likely to result in injury. As such, the Tribunal continued its finding. The Canada Border Services Agency will therefore continue to impose anti-dumping and countervailing duties on these goods.
