Tribunal Continues Order—Aluminum Extrusions from China

On October 1, 2025, the Canadian International Trade Tribunal continued, with amendment, its order made on January 13, 2020, in expiry review RR‑2018‑008, concerning the dumping and subsidizing of certain aluminum extrusions, originating in or exported from the People’s Republic of China.

The Tribunal found that the expiry of the order was likely to result in injury. The Canada Border Services Agency will therefore continue to impose anti‑dumping and countervailing duties on these goods.
