Tribunal Continues Order—Structural Tubing from South Korea and Türkiye

The Canadian International Trade Tribunal today continued its order made on October 16, 2019, in expiry review RR‑2018‑006, concerning the dumping of structural tubing from South Korea and Türkiye.

The Tribunal found that the expiry of the order was likely to result in injury. As such, the Tribunal continued its order. The Canada Border Services Agency will therefore continue to impose anti‑dumping duties on these goods.
