Tribunal Continues Order—Thermoelectric Containers from China

On June 2, 2025, the Canadian International Trade Tribunal (CITT) continued its order from 2019, in expiry review RR‑2018‑004, concerning the dumping and subsidizing of certain thermoelectric containers originating in or exported from China.

As a result of the CITT finding, that expiry of the order would cause injury, Canada Border Services Agency will continue to impose anti‑dumping and countervailing duties on these products.
