Tribunal Initiates Expiry Review—Carbon Steel Screws from China and Chinese Taipei

On May 5, 2025, the Canadian International Trade Tribunal (CITT) initiated an expiry review (link) of the order made in Sept'20 (expiry review RR‑2019‑002) regarding carbon steel fasteners from China and Taiwan.

By October 2, 2025, the CBSA will determine if there is a likelihood of continued dumping / subsidizing.
