Tribunal Issues Determination of Reasonable Indication of Injury— Polyethylene Terephthalate from China and Pakistan

On May 20, 2025 the Canadian International Trade Tribunal (CITT) determined that there is a reasonable indication that the dumping and subsidizing of polyethylene terephthalate originating in or exported from China and Pakistan have caused injury to the domestic industry.

By June 17, 2025, the CBSA will issue preliminary determinations.
