Tribunal Issues Determination—Renewable Diesel from the United States

The Canadian International Trade Tribunal (CITT) has determined that there is no evidence of U.S. dumping or subsidizing of renewable diesel (link) and has ended their inquiry.

Therefore, the CBSA will terminate its dumping and subsidizing investigations and the Tribunal will not initiate a final injury inquiry.
