Tribunal Issues Findings—Certain Carbon or Alloy Steel Wire from China, Chinese Taipei, India, Italy, Malaysia, Portugal, Spain, Thailand, Türkiye and Vietnam

On January 2, 2026, the Canadian International Trade Tribunal issued its findings following its inquiry to determine whether the dumping of certain carbon or alloy steel wire originating in or exported from China, Chinese Taipei, India, Italy, Malaysia, Portugal, Spain, Thailand, Türkiye and Vietnam has caused injury or retardation or is threatening to cause injury to the domestic industry. The Tribunal will issue the reasons for its findings on January 19, 2026.
