A technical issue occurred overnight resulting in the Statement of Account being sent at a slower than normal rate this morning on September 25, 2025. Brokers and Importers may encounter a delay in receiving the Statement of Account.

The issue has been identified and is being investigated. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.

Un problème technique est survenu au cours de la nuit dernière, ce qui fait que les relevés de compte ont été envoyés à un rythme plus lent que la normale en ce matin du 25 septembre 2025. Les courtiers et les importateurs peuvent donc constater un retard dans la réception de les relevés de compte.
