United States Surtax Order (2025-1) Tariff Classifications

Today, Canada has imposed the United States Surtax Order (2025-1) found here: https://orders-in-council.canada.ca/attachment.php?attach=46877&lang=en which includes the list of applicable tariff classifications.

When compared to the repealed United States Surtax Order (2025) SOR/2025-03 from February 2025, we see that the lists of tariff classifications are the same until we get down to chapter 98 classifications.
