UPDATE 7 - TCC25-0069 CARM Client Portal (CCP) Intermittent Access Problem

UPDATE 7:

Some external users may experience a 500 error when attempting to access the CARM portal (CCP) using GCKey. However, retrying the login usually results in a successful connection.

We are continuing to investigate the issue, but do not have an estimated time of resolution at this time. Next update will be provided when an estimated time of resolution is known.

Certains utilisateurs externes peuvent recevoir une erreur 500 lorsqu’ils tentent d’accéder au portail client de la GCRA avec la cléGC. Toutefois, une nouvelle tentative de connexion permet généralement d’accéder au portail avec succès.

Une analyse du problème est en cours mais nous n’avons pas de temps prévu pour une résolution. Une mise à jour sera envoyée lorsqu’un temps de résolution sera connu.
