Update to CFIA AIRS Website

Chapter 01 was published to add two new miscellaneous codes to the following HS Codes from the United States except for California, Michigan, Minnesota and New Mexico.

01.02.10.1007 - Sexually intact cattle (other than male calves between 8 and 14 days old).

01.02.90.1007 - Sexually intact cattle (other than male calves between 8 and 14 days old).

01.02.90.1009 - Steers.

01.02.90.1010 - Spayed heifers.

This created requirement version changes for the same HS Codes for all the states except California, Michigan, Minnesota and New Mexico.

Two new miscellaneous created:

#801 - Terminal Feedlot

#802 - Other feedlot
